The organisation

We are looking for an experienced Data Integrity Specialist to support the management and quality of asset integrity and inspection data for a leading organisation within the energy sector.

The role has a strong focus on Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), integrity data management and translating inspection findings into reliable, auditable information for engineering, maintenance and inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain equipment hierarchies, corrosion loops, circuits and TML/CML registers within the integrity management system

• Ensure integrity data remains aligned with P&IDs, isometrics and Maximo master data

• Review, validate and upload inspection data including UT measurements, NDT reports, ILI results and corrosion monitoring data

• Analyse corrosion rates, remaining life and future inspection dates and flag potential integrity concerns

• Support Fitness-for-Service assessments in accordance with API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1

• Collect and interpret as-built information from P&IDs, isometrics and construction drawings

• Prepare integrity documentation and evidence for regulatory and accreditation requirements

• Monitor data quality, inspection backlog, overdue inspections and integrity KPIs

• Work closely with inspection contractors, corrosion engineers, maintenance planners and inspection bodies

• Translate RBI outcomes into practical inspection plans and field findings into maintenance work scopes

• Support audits, Management of Change activities and reassessments following modifications or operating excursions

• Provide on-site support to inspection contractors to improve the quality and completeness of inspection data

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Petroleum or Process Engineering, or comparable HBO/WO level

• Minimum 5 years of experience within asset integrity or inspection engineering

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Risk-Based Inspection programmes

• Experience managing integrity data including inspection histories, equipment hierarchies, corrosion loops and RBI assessments

• Knowledge of API RP 580 and API RP 571

• Familiarity with inspection methods such as UT, RT, PEC, PT, MT and TOFD

• Able to assess inspection data quality, coverage and traceability

• Experience working with Cenosco Integrity Management System is strongly preferred

• Experience within gas storage, high-pressure piping, pressure vessels, compression or gas treatment environments is an advantage

• Experience with Dutch oil & gas operations and/or NL-CBI regulatory requirements is highly desirable

• Comfortable working with technical drawings such as P&IDs and isometrics

• Living in the Netherlands and available to work on site at least 3 days per week
