As a Planner / Work Preparator, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing maintenance and service activities for high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical installations. From the back office, you will ensure that all work is planned efficiently, materials are available on time, and maintenance projects are executed smoothly. Working closely with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will play an important role in supporting reliable energy infrastructure and contributing to the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and schedule maintenance and service activities for HV, MV, and LV installations.
• Develop efficient work schedules to optimize the deployment of field service engineers.
• Coordinate maintenance planning with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Order materials, equipment, and external services required for maintenance activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Maintain accurate administration and documentation of maintenance projects.
• Communicate with customers regarding maintenance planning and service activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability and delivery times.
• Monitor the quality of delivered materials and services.
• Ensure maintenance activities are executed in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• MBO Level 4 working and thinking level or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Planner or Work Preparator role.
• Experience in a technical environment, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a structured and analytical approach.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or AFAS is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
