About the Role
For the Industrialisation & AIT department, we are looking for a Work Preparer who will play a key role in preparing, coordinating, and optimizing production and integration activities. You will ensure projects run efficiently by aligning planning, materials, documentation, and operational resources.
In this position, you will work closely with AIT Managers and Team Leaders while reporting to the Head of AIT or Head of Production.
Your Responsibilities
As Work Preparer, you will:
* Create and maintain integrated production and project planning
* Monitor workflows, lead times, resources, and facility usage
* Coordinate planning changes and align with stakeholders
* Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
* Support continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives
* Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment
* Process inventory transfers within the MRP system
* Create purchase requests based on operational demand
* Monitor KPI reporting and operational performance
* Support troubleshooting activities for machines and tools
* Review technical drawings and documentation
* Prepare work instructions, procedures, and work packages
* Manage project completion and logistics documentation
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who combines technical insight with strong coordination skills and a proactive mindset.
* HBO+ working and thinking level
* Experience in work preparation, production planning, manufacturing engineering, or similar
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Experience with SAP
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
